Fire Resistant, anti-tearing and heat resistant rubber conveyor belts refer to some type belts with special rubber can resistant burning, tearing and high temperature; above skeleton material layer there is resistant burning anti-tear layer, at the top surface of this layer and bottom of the skeleton material layer are covered with rubber, among the three layers is mutual combines of transition glue layer.

Due to the structure of the fabric net is a type of network-like , convenient for rubber flow into the structure during manufacturing, so that the covered rubber and fabric mesh formed a solid layer of three-dimensional structure . This structure can prevent the damage of high temperature red materials effectively ; while using its anti-tear performance to make covered rubber keep traction during running and aging process , not to fall off the belt body.

The covered rubber is combined EPDM rubber & halogenated butyl rubber , or EPDM rubber with Acrylic cool rubber .

So this new type heat resistant conveyor belt can protect the skeleton material layer much more, and make its life cycle improved many times .
