Profiled conveyor belts
Different types Profiled conveyor belt is composed of the chevron patterned working side and the flat plain non-working side. The Belt is fitted with integrally moulded cleats which prevent the material from sliding backwards as would be the case with a smooth surface belt.
Different cleat designs allow the carrying of many types of material, from bulk solids to unit loads.
All Belts incorporate Polyamide (EP) or nylon(NN)textile plies.
Features
Meet the requirements of steep angle and large capacity transportation.
Designed to prevent the product from slipping or rolling back during shipping.
Studs molded integrally with the top cap rubber to prevent separation from the belt.
The splint also helps to improve the high wear resistance and elastic rubber compounds to achieve the desired flexibility.
Different splint heights and widths are available depending on the application.
A variety of surface treatment design specifications are available.
Follow the precision design standards to ensure smooth running of the belt on the traditional return idler, so there is no need to change the conveyor.
Belt support for a smooth transition from a traditional flat belt to a Chevron belt.
All coverage levels can be generated, including wear resistant M24, HR, OR, FR.
White coating helps maintain better hygiene standards
Application
Chevron conveyor belting is used to transport wet and loose materials or bags to steep slopes.
These patterns prevent or reduce sliding backwards and increase product movement by picking up quickly during loading.
Used in quarries, bunkers, cement plants, line works, mobile crushers and screens, agriculture and salt mines.
