Corrugated sidewall conveyor belt paly draging and loading in the conveying machines. It is composed by base belt , rubber plate and the corrugated sidewall ; adhesive at base of corrugated sidewall belt on both sides of base belt , in certain spacing between the paltes and both sidewall .
( A ) Base belt
Its shape is the same to common rubber conveyor belts , but its lateral stiffness is bigger than common conveyor belt. Special conveyor belt is usually used as the base, its tensile material (core) consists of nylon canvas, cotton canvas, polyester canvas and steel core four kinds .
( B) The corrugated wall
This series of products using the S -type corrugated wall .
(C ) The rubber plate
1.These series recommended: T- series ,TS (B) type , TC type , TCS (B) and C type plate.
2.T type and TS (B) applies only β≤40 ° transmission dip angle of wall machine ; TC type , TCS (B) and C is applicable to any transmission dip angle machines .
3.C type transverse bulkhead for conveying viscous materal ; when large transmission angle and material density , should be used TCS (B) type .
4. Transverse bulkhead spacing is an integer multiple of the waveform from the corrugated wall ; the transverse bulkhead must trough with its corrugated wall .
