This is usually made of steel, but does have a smooth surface. Sometimes the surface facilitates for goods transportation and the surface could be made of Masonite.
The belt system contains rollers, which are installed based on the speed required for transportation and the role is selected on the load of items to be transported. The rollers are increased in between and the ends of the conveyor belt. The roller bed system is more effective where gravity is used in transportation rather than manual loading of the loading. The beds are subject to damage if manual loading is used which could cause mechanical shock.
This has a take-up, center drive gear motor. It comes with one to two pulleys based on the drive. The belt has a floor to support its based drive.
Horizontal conveyor system
Though similar to the horizontal conveyor system it has an additional single or double nose. Due to it being inclined or declined a rough surfaced belt this prevents the rolling forward and backward of traction of items on the belt.
Decline and incline conveyor
This conveyor system is made of two parts with a brake belt being installed at the end. The brake belt accumulates items while the meter belt separates them. The meter belt is fitted with a drive. The belt is important that and its length is very important because the meter and meter belt is 1/7 of the accumulation of the conveyor.
Brake and meter conveyor
This is the perfect conveyor belt for transportation of oily and hot components. The transport system applies from a punch press to a forging machine. This system is horizontal which is inclined on one side to make an ‘S’ shape.
Metal Piano Hinge Conveyor
The belt is meshed for air ventilation so it is ideal for cold or hot components or items that cannot be transports using the standard conveyor belt. The wire mesh roller is covered with thick plastic. It is fitted with toothed pulleys for the wire mesh belt.
Wire Mesh Belt Conveyor
It is fitted with caster wheels which allow it to be moved around, from one place to another. Most companies can find a suitable portable conveyor for their needs. The fact that this conveyor system can be extended to fit a customer’s needs.
